Role Summary

To provide you with a snapshot of the role.

• Purpose: To help move the church in the direction we need to go by providing outstanding assistance to the pastors so they can focus on their primary responsibilities. This will expand pastoral ministry, improve communication, and increase clarity, by understanding the pastors’ role and remaining aligned with Collective’s DNA and philosophy of ministry.
• Expectation: 40 hours a week: Sunday-Thursday (office/remote hybrid), and special events.
• Reports to: Operations Manager
